Writing Adwords ads is an art that must be mastered if anyone wants to get good results from their adwords campaign.
This is so because since there are many other ads competing for the eyeballs of the searcher. We must also remember that there are the natural organic search results on the left that will add to the competition.
Google ads are made up of three parts just like most other kinds of ads. They are:
The headline
The body
The URL
The headline:
This is the most important aspect of your ad so it must be well written. Make it arresting and also make it arouse curiosity. Make sure it contains the words that you bid on.
Another technique that works is to ask a question as your headline. Then make sure that all your words start with capital letters.
The body:
In one short sentence, clearly state the ultimate benefit of your offer. For example, if you are selling an ebook on how to make money with resale rights products, you can say: “Discover How To Make Big Money With Resale Rights Products”
And like the headline, make sure all your words start with capital letters.
The URL:
This is a no brainer. Just type in your URL and you will be fine. For affiliates, type your affiliate link only in the destination URL box. Do not type it in the “didplay URL” box because showing your affiliate links on Google won’t look good. You can type in the merchant’s URL in the display URL box.
These little tips can turn out to be the difference between a successful Adwords campaigns and failed campaigns. Work on your ads and test the conversion over and over again.
Then you can decide on the best of all the ads.
